DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the parties below, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (“Consumer Protection Law”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the BUYER and SELLER regarding travel, tours, accommodation, transfers, airline tickets, guided tours, and other tourism services purchased by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, call center, social media, or other electronic communication channels.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENTS
4.1. The BUYER shall pay the service fee via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered by the SELLER.
4.2. Reservation is confirmed upon full payment or the advance payment determined by the SELLER.
4.3. If the BUYER fails to fulfill the payment obligation, the reservation will be considered invalid.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
5.1. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services such as accommodation, travel, package tours, transfers, car rental, food & beverage supply, and entertainment services scheduled for a specific date or period.
5.2. The BUYER’s cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation conditions determined by the SELLER according to the type of service purchased. These conditions are communicated to the BUYER at the time of reservation.
5.3. In case the SELLER cancels the service due to force majeure, the BUYER has the right to a full refund.
ARTICLE 6 – FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disasters, war, strikes, terrorist incidents, epidemics, official authority decisions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the parties’ control constitute force majeure. In the event of force majeure, the liability of the parties is nullified.
ARTICLE 7 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The SELLER is obliged to provide the purchased service in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement. The SELLER must immediately notify the BUYER of any force majeure preventing service delivery.
For package tours, Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and relevant legislation apply.
ARTICLE 7 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The SELLER is obliged to provide the purchased service in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement. The SELLER must immediately notify the BUYER of any force majeure preventing service delivery.
For package tours, Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and relevant legislation apply.
ARTICLE 8 – OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
The BUYER must provide accurate identity and contact information of the persons benefiting from the service to the SELLER. The BUYER is responsible for timely obtaining official documents such as passport, visa, vaccination, and health certificates. The BUYER shall comply with the rules of the SELLER or service providers during the service.
ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
Consumer-status BUYERS may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in their local area.
ARTICLE 10 – EFFECTIVENESS
The BUYER declares that they have read and understood all the terms of this Agreement and accepts it electronically.
