Day 1 | Istanbul – Mexico City

Arrival in Mexico City. Meet & greet at the airport followed by transfer to the hotel. Free time and overnight stay.

Day 2 | Mexico City City Tour

After breakfast, explore the UNESCO-listed Historic Center including:

• Zocalo Square
• Metropolitan Cathedral
• National Palace
• Aztec Temple Ruins
• Palace of Fine Arts

Panoramic drive through Paseo de la Reforma, the Angel of Independence and Chapultepec area.

Later, visit the Anthropology Museum, one of Latin America’s most important museums.

In the evening, experience the vibrant mariachi atmosphere at Plaza Garibaldi. Overnight in Mexico City.

Day 3 | Teotihuacan Pyramids

After breakfast, visit:

• Plaza of the Three Cultures
• Basilica of Guadalupe
• Teotihuacan Archaeological Site

Explore the impressive Sun and Moon Pyramids. Lunch included.

Afterwards, visit an obsidian workshop and enjoy a tasting of the traditional agave drink “pulque”. Return to the hotel.

Day 4 | Pátzcuaro & Day of the Dead Preparations

Morning departure to Pátzcuaro.

City tour includes:

• Vasco de Quiroga Square
• Basilica de Nuestra Señora de la Salud
• Local handicraft market
• Day of the Dead candy market

Witness local Day of the Dead preparations including decorated cemeteries, candles, altars and traditional celebrations.

Evening transfer to Morelia and overnight stay.

Day 5 | Morelia – Janitzio – Tzintzuntzan

After a city tour of Morelia, visit Santa Fe de la Laguna, home to the Purépecha indigenous community.

Boat transfer to Janitzio Island to experience:

• Cemetery visits
• Candlelit altars
• Traditional Day of the Dead rituals

Continue to Tzintzuntzan to witness cemetery ceremonies and local traditions. Overnight in Morelia.

Day 6 | Guadalajara

Visit the charming town of Tlaquepaque before continuing to Guadalajara.

City tour includes:

• Cathedral area
• Degollado Theater
• Government Palace
• Hospicio Cabañas

Overnight in Guadalajara.

Day 7 | Tequila Town & Guanajuato

Travel through agave landscapes to the town of Tequila.

Discover the tequila production process and enjoy tastings.

Continue to the colorful colonial city of Guanajuato. Overnight stay.

Day 8 | Guanajuato

City tour includes:

• Pipila Hill
• Alley of the Kiss
• Juarez Theater
• University district
• Underground tunnels

Visit the world-famous Mummy Museum.

Optional evening participation in the traditional musical “Callejoneada” experience.

Day 9 | Dolores Hidalgo – San Miguel de Allende

Visit Dolores Hidalgo followed by the Atotonilco Sanctuary.

Continue to San Miguel de Allende:

• San Miguel Arcángel Church
• San Francisco Church
• Colonial streets & art galleries

Free time and overnight stay.

Day 10 | Return to Mexico City

After breakfast, transfer to Mexico City Airport. End of services.
